Hyams Beach South Coast
I drove from Kiama along the south coast of New South Wales.
The next stop is Hyams Beach in Jervis Bay.
Hyams Beach in Spring
It was a warm spring day. Even though it was only a few days into spring.
And, you could wear thongs, or flip flops as known in some countries.
The sun shone. The skies were clear. The waves crashed upon the shore.

White Sand Beaches Jervis Bay
According to Visit NSW, you'll find 16 white sand beaches on Jervis Bay in the Shoalhaven region. But then, Tim the Yowie Man claims there are 18.
On Visit NSW, there is a message about delays and traffic congestion at Hyams Beach as it is one of the beaches being inundated with tourists and holidaymakers, especially over the summer school holidays.
Because it was spring when I went, it was easy to find parking in the small car park and to go to the toilets. And, it is one road to get in and out of Hyams Beach. So, I've updated my post with white sand beaches in Jervis Bay that I could find for you to visit.
Here are the white sand beaches in Jervis Bay that I could find:
- Hyams Beach
- Chinamans Beach
- Greenfield Beach
- Blenheim Beach
- Nelsons Beach
- Hole in the Wall Beach
- Huskisson Beach
- Bindijine Beach
- Collingwood Beach
- Shark Net Beach
