Rainbow Creations reminds me of all the kids who are drawing, painting, crafting, and making rainbows to display in the current times. And, at one of my market stalls, a young girl wanted her mum to buy my image of the rainbow. It's like a rainbow painting. Because I had printed and painted with acrylic paints over the rainbow. She wanted to put it in her room.
Chasing a Rainbow
Rainbow Creation is a series of rainbows I made of the rainbow I saw last year in September. On the drive through the Great Dividing Range from Eden to Canberra Australia. I could see the rainbow in the distance. And, I felt like I was chasing the rainbow. Then, when I was closer, there was the rainbow, with no distractions. And, its size left me in awe. Do you chase rainbows?

Beautiful rainbows. Love the different versions. Where I live we frequently get double rainbows. I was driving in the mountains one time and felt like I was chasing to find the end – didn’t find it. It reminds me of God’s covenant. Thanks.

I love how you’ve taken the rainbow and related it to what is going on in the world today. I think it’s great that kids are using this time to create art and share it with others however they can, whether that be online, chalk art, or hanging their art in the window.
