Free Digital Content (Email Delivery)
From time to time, this website may offer free digital content such as downloads, guides, or resources. These items may be delivered directly via email and may link to external file‑hosting services such as Google Drive, Backblaze, Dropbox, or similar platforms.
Free digital content is provided “as is” and is not considered a purchase.
No refunds apply to free items, as no transaction takes place.
Digital Products (Third-Party Platforms)
- Digital products are delivered electronically by the platform where the purchase is made.
- Files are typically available after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery may occur through an on‑screen link, an email from the platform, or your account’s download section on that platform.
- This website does not manage or store your downloads.
Refunds and Non-Refundable Digital Products
Because digital files are accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final across Etsy, Payhip, and Gumroad unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds are not provided for:
• change of mind
• accidental purchase
• device incompatibility where the minimum requirements were met
• unmet personal expectations
• downloaded files
Digital Product Refund Requests (Australian Consumer Law)
Refunds may only be provided in cases of major failure under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe a digital product has a fault, you must:
- Submit a refund request in writing to jennifer@jenniferempey.com.
- Include your order details (order number, date of purchase).
- Provide a clear explanation of the issue so it can be assessed.
Refund requests without a stated reason for the fault cannot be processed.
Platform-Specific Delivery & Refund Policies
Each platform may have its own delivery and refund rules:
• Etsy: Digital items are non‑refundable under Etsy’s Digital Items Policy.
• Payhip: Digital products are non‑refundable unless required by law.
• Gumroad: Digital products are non‑refundable unless the creator chooses otherwise.
Your purchase is subject to the platform’s policies, where the purchase occurs, and in addition to the information provided here. Please refer to the platform where your purchase was made for the most current and up‑to‑date delivery and refund policies.
Product Information
I make every effort to display product information accurately. However, I cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colours or formatting will be exact.
I reserve the right to limit the availability of products or services, discontinue items, or change pricing at any time without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when signing up for emails, leaving comments, or engaging with any services offered through this site.
If you unsubscribe from emails, your address will be removed from our list. I also periodically clean our mailing list to remove inactive addresses to maintain deliverability and prevent spam rating issues.
